Refund Policy

  • CLASSES $89 OR LESS:
    • There are no refunds. However, please contact us via email or phone 24 hours prior to the class start time. In that case, you may transfer the class reservation to another class of equal or lesser value, or place your reservation on hold for another class up to 90 days from the booking date. If no notification of cancellation occurs or a call is placed fewer than 24 hours before the course, you will forfeit your tuition.
  • CLASSES OVER $89:
    • The Studio will refund your tuition paid, less a $30 cancellation fee if you cancel more than 7 days before the start date of a class, camp or workshop. If you cancel seven days or less before the start date, you will forfeit your tuition. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins.
  • PRIVATE PARTIES:
    • Deposits required for private events are non-refundable if party is cancelled less than 14 days in advance of party date. If party is canceled before 14 days, a credit will be placed on file for one year and can only be applied to another private event.
    • The studio will contact the party coordinator 48 hours before a scheduled party, the final number of painters is required at this time and the customer will be charged for that number the day of the party.
    • MERCHANDISE:
    • Merchandise may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt to the original payment method 
    • CUSTOM FRAMING ORDERS:
    • Custom framing orders that are canceled after the materials have been ordered are subject to a 20% restocking fee
